A platform without a subscription: where are you not locked in?

Solvari uses a 12 month contract term you cannot cancel within. Homedeal has two forms, one of which is cancellable daily. Werkspot and Zoofy have no subscription for tradespeople. JouwPro has no subscription, no notice period and no minimum spend either.
Solvari: twelve months locked in
Of the well known platforms, Solvari is the only one with a genuine annual contract. Its terms state that the tradesperson cannot cancel during the initial contract period. After that the contract continues indefinitely with a one month notice period.
On top of that you buy credit bundles to take leads with, and according to Solvari those bundles are only available with an annual contract. A negative credit balance is settled monthly.
Fair is fair: Solvari does publish a package overview with amounts, which is more openness than most competitors offer. So the price is not hidden, the commitment is long.
Homedeal: two forms, and the difference is large
Homedeal's own terms name two forms of participation. With Homedeal Continu you pay monthly in arrears for the requests you unlocked, with a cap you set yourself on requests or budget, and participation is cancellable daily. With Homedeal Select you pay a fixed monthly amount and receive monthly response credit.
What a request costs is not on the site. Homedeal points you to your account or to email. We could not find a notice period for Select in the public terms, so we make no claim about it.
Werkspot, Zoofy and Trustoo: no subscription, other costs instead
Werkspot has no subscription and no notice period. You pay per lead, the moment a customer shares their details with you.
Zoofy does not sell leads and has no subscription for tradespeople. There the money is in commission: under its own terms Zoofy may withhold at least 15 percent of the invoiced amount. Zoofy also holds payouts for at least 29 days so the customer can still complain, with a paid service to get your money sooner.
Trustoo has a paid Premium Profile which Trustoo says is cancellable daily. What it costs is not on the site.
And JouwPro?
No subscription, no contract term, no notice period and no minimum spend. You create a profile, you reply to what appeals to you, and you only pay when a job comes out of it.
If the payment runs through JouwPro, we hold the amount until the customer approves the job. After that we pay out minus the service fee. We do not sit on your money for a month when nothing is wrong.

Where JouwPro still falls short
JouwPro started in 2026 and there are not dozens of our own jobs on the site every day yet. If you want to see as many requests as possible today, the big platforms have more. What we put against that: looking and replying cost nothing, so you can run us alongside your current platform at no cost.
