Werkspot reviews: what do the terms actually say?

Sources checked on 11 August 2026

We do not publish other people's reviews that we cannot verify. What we do instead is read out what Werkspot itself puts on its help centre and in its terms. In short: you pay per lead, the price is fixed before you reply, you pay even when you are not selected, and refunds are issued as credit.

Why there are no star ratings or complaint counts here

Review scores about other companies change daily and we cannot verify them. A score we copy today will be wrong in three months, and then our site carries an untruth about a competitor. We do not do that.

If you want to read genuine experiences, Trustpilot, klacht.nl and the Radar forum are where people post them themselves. Look there, and mind the date on what you read.

What we can show is the source nobody can argue with: Werkspot's own documentation.

What Werkspot itself writes about the costs

Signing up is free and there is no subscription. You pay as soon as a customer shares their contact details with you.

The price of a lead depends on the trade and on the size of the job: surface area, quantities and material. That price is fixed before you reply and is not adjusted afterwards. Werkspot's help centre says 3 to 96 euro.

The question tradespeople write about most

Werkspot has a help centre article answering exactly that question: you were not selected for the job, so why do you pay for the lead? The answer comes down to the jobs you do win having to cover the leads that come to nothing.

That is a defensible model and it is precisely what the debate is about. You buy a chance, not work.

There is a refund scheme. What you get back is credit you can only use on the platform, valid for one year, and Werkspot decides whether you qualify. That is in its terms and conditions.

For customers there is little to complain about on price

Posting a job on Werkspot costs nothing. The costs sit entirely with the tradesperson.

That does not make it free. A tradesperson paying per request builds those costs into the quote. You just do not see it as a separate line.

What JouwPro does differently

Replying costs nothing. We charge a 15 percent service fee on the agreed amount excluding VAT, capped at 500 euro per job, and only when the job comes together through JouwPro and is completed.

We charge nothing on requests from external sources, even when the tradesperson wins the job.

Where JouwPro still falls short

JouwPro started in 2026 and there are not dozens of our own jobs on the site every day yet. If you want to see as many requests as possible today, the big platforms have more. What we put against that: looking and replying cost nothing, so you can run us alongside your current platform at no cost.

Want to see for yourself?

Posting a job costs nothing and so does replying to one. You are not tied to anything.

Frequently asked questions

What does Werkspot cost a tradesperson?

You pay per lead, as soon as a customer shares their contact details with you. Werkspot's own help centre says 3 to 96 euro per lead. There is no subscription.

Do I get my lead fee back if the customer does not reply?

Werkspot has a refund scheme, but it pays out credit rather than money. That credit only applies to new leads and is valid for one year, and Werkspot decides whether you qualify. This is in its own terms and conditions.

Does Werkspot cost the customer anything?

No. Posting a job is free. The costs sit with the tradesperson, who usually builds them into the quote.

Why are there no review scores here?

Because they change daily and we cannot verify them. A figure we copy would be wrong within months, and then our site would carry an untruth about another company.

Is JouwPro better than Werkspot?

It depends on what you are after. Werkspot has far more requests than we do, because we started in 2026. We are cheaper if you do not win every request, because here you only pay on a job you win and complete. Replying costs nothing, so you can run us alongside.

Where this information comes from

Everything on this page about another platform comes from their own public pages, checked on 11 August 2026. Terms and rates change, so check at the source before you decide anything. Spotted something that is out of date? Email info@jouwpro.nl and we will fix it.

What does the work itself cost?

Indicative prices for the jobs this platform is best known for.
